The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and bank transfer instructions.
Payment must be made by bank transfer within 7 business days of order confirmation. The order will be processed once payment is received and verified.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and the type of container ordered. Specific delivery information will be provided during the checkout process.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, transportation strikes, or customs delays.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (shipping containers), returns are only accepted if the product is defective or does not match the description provided.
To request a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition.
6. Warranty
All containers are sold with a structural warranty as specified in the product description. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sevilla, Spain.
