Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and container availability. For stock containers, delivery within Spain typically takes 5-7 business days. Custom-modified containers may require 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of modifications. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
Containers are delivered using specialized trucks with tilt-bed or crane systems. For placement, we can use the truck's crane (if accessible) or arrange a mobile crane for difficult locations. Please ensure your site has adequate access (minimum 4m wide, 4.5m height clearance) and a level, stable surface for container placement.
Before delivery, ensure:
- Clear access path for the delivery truck
- Level ground (we recommend concrete blocks or a gravel pad)
- No overhead obstacles (power lines, trees)
- Adequate space for truck maneuvering
- Necessary permits if placing on public land

Our team can advise on site preparation during the order process.
Yes, we deliver to the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) and the Canary Islands. Island deliveries require maritime transport and typically take 10-14 business days. Additional shipping costs apply. Contact us for a specific quote for island deliveries.

We offer a wide range of containers including standard maritime containers (10, 20, 40, and 45 feet), refrigerated containers, office containers, container homes, pool containers, and sanitary containers. All our containers are available in new or used condition.
Our headquarters and main storage facility are located in Valencia, Spain. We serve customers throughout the Iberian Peninsula and can deliver to any location in Spain and Portugal.
Yes, we offer both sale and rental options for most of our containers. Rental periods can range from 1 month to several years. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific needs.
Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our facilities in Valencia to inspect the containers in person. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. Our team will be happy to show you our inventory and answer any questions.

Payment

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and financing options for qualifying purchases. For large orders, we can arrange custom payment plans. A deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance due before delivery.
Yes, we offer financing options for purchases over 5,000€ through our partner financial institutions. Terms range from 12 to 60 months with competitive interest rates. Financing is subject to credit approval. Contact us for more details and to check your eligibility.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT (IVA) at the current rate of 21%. For business customers with a valid EU VAT number from another member state, VAT may not apply under the reverse charge mechanism. Please provide your VAT number during checkout or contact us for a VAT-exempt quote.

Products

New containers (also called "one-trip" containers) have only made one voyage from the manufacturing facility and are in excellent condition with minimal wear. Used containers have been in active service for shipping and may show signs of normal wear such as surface rust, dents, or scratches, but are fully functional and watertight. Used containers offer excellent value while new containers provide pristine condition.

- 20ft: 6.06m (L) x 2.44m (W) x 2.59m (H) - approx. 33m³
- 40ft: 12.19m (L) x 2.44m (W) x 2.59m (H) - approx. 67m³
- 40ft High Cube: 12.19m (L) x 2.44m (W) x 2.89m (H) - approx. 76m³

Yes! We offer a wide range of customization options including: adding doors, windows, and ventilation; electrical installations; insulation and climate control; interior partitions and flooring; painting in custom colors; security features (locks, alarms); and complete conversions to offices, homes, or specialty units. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Yes, all our containers are thoroughly inspected before sale. New containers come with CSC (Container Safety Convention) certification. Used containers are inspected for structural integrity, watertightness, door functionality, and floor condition. We provide detailed condition reports and photos upon request.

Warranty

Our warranty coverage:
- New containers: 5-year structural warranty
- Used containers: 1-year warranty on structural integrity and watertightness
- Modified/converted containers: 2-year warranty on modifications and installations

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description. We will assess the claim within 5 business days. If approved, we will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you. For urgent structural issues affecting safety, contact us immediately.
Yes, we offer comprehensive after-sales support including: regular maintenance services, repairs and modifications, spare parts supply, technical consultations, and container relocation services.
